Recently took a 2 day photo class at
Ojectifs and have finally understood, more or less, the basic differences between shutterspeed, aperture and ISO. I now take my pictures in manual mode to the great regret of my kids who complain that I'm way too slow. Anyway, loving my newly learned skills. Think the colors are great, never use my flash anymore and learned how to shoot still lifes. Would definitely recommend their classes - check out their website as they have classes for all levels.

My overexposed Laguna shot that I'm in love with |
Hi Tara! Hello from BYW 2.0 :) I also took the 2-day photo course at Objectifs when I was still living in Singapore. I now use manual settings almost exclusively... don't worry, you will get faster and it will get easier!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great photo course, Tara!
ReplyDeleteI, too, love your overexposed Laguna shot!
So nice to meet you through BYW 2.0!
All the best,
Mary

See you in class.

Tara
Thanks Deepa for the encouraging words. Just went to your blog - love it. Beautiful photos. I will keep trying. See you in class
ReplyDeleteHi Tara! Hello from BYW 2.0 too! Thanks for mentioning this class as I am interested in taking a class here in Singapore and was not having much luck finding a class.
