Just back from an incredible week in Perth and its surroundings. We rented a car and drove south from Perth through Margaret River then all the way down to Cape Leeuwin where the Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean meet and back up to Perth. We loved all of it. The beaches are beautiful, the people are super friendly and laid back (think barefoot at all times), the wine and food are delicious and what the kids loved most was visiting all the animal parks throughout the region, no big surprise there. Would definitely highly recommend this family road trip. We can't wait to go back and explore more of Australia.
